Avoid this agency and Allstate. Customer service was mediocre at best for my 3.5 years there. Finally Allstate prices got so high that I moved home and auto elsewhere. Most insurances prorate your auto refund from the time you cancel. Not Allstate, they decided they'd keep the money through what would have been the next renewal had I not canceled. I've had Daniel DiCicco as an agent for decades and Allstate on two of my properties. I filed my first claim after over 20 years of paying premiums (which total over $100k since I started) after a massive hail storm damaged my roof. At least 7 neighbors had their claims accepted but mine wasn't. They offered my to pay for something less than my deductible. What a scam to make them feel good.
