Avoid this agency and Allstate. Customer service was mediocre at best for my 3.5 years there. Finally Allstate prices got so high that I moved home and auto elsewhere. Most insurances prorate your auto refund from the time you cancel. Not Allstate, they decided they'd keep the money through what would have been the next renewal had I not canceled.
