I worked with Monica for years. I thought I was being taken care of until my husband called and asked her a question about windshield replacement. Things got a little heated because she would not explain anything to him, and then she refused to take my call after that. I have been a long-time client of Dan Peterson's Allstate office. They have always provided excellent service. I have most recently worked with Bryan over the past 6 months, and he has been awesome to work with! Knowledgeable, responsive and personable.

They will absolutely do nothing to help you but blame you for the high rates. I switched the agent and immediately saved much more. Stay away from Dan and his team. Any other Allstate agencies are better than this one

All reviews that mention Monica are true. She was incredibly unhelpful and borderline rude. She makes it crystal clear that Allstate is out to get your money, and in no way shape or form take responsibility for INTERNAL errors.
