Received a collections notice document before I received anything from Allstate. I was on automatic payments and cancelled my policies because I was not satisfied with one of the representatives knowledge and follow up. I never received a call, email, or mail regarding a payment due before I was sent to collections for $40. I cancelled because one of the employees called to offer discounts I already had on my policy and then offered to lower my coverage to save money.
