AVOID- I attempted to open a policy and later changed my mind and decided to cancel the policy. I did not receive a refund from Allstate so I opened a dispute with the credit card company. When I attempted to contact ZANE SHEPHERD, the lady who answered the phone said "Well, he is the owner and he's very busy- I am sure I can help you." I clearly told her NO and asked to speak to ZANE.
