Scammers… My Ex and I split two years ago and she moved out of state. I kept trying to remove her from my policy but they said that they needed her permission to do so. On three separate occasions they said they attempted to contact her, but my ex says they did not. So basically I am in a pickle. On the fourth attempt they asked me to call corporate (after about 1.5 hours of trying to fix then policy). I contacted corporate 2 two times over two days.
