Agency absolutely not recommended. No response to countless emails to get my credit refunded. Office closed for months (years?), supposedly because of Corona. Not very happy with this agency. It's sometimes hard to get straight, correct answers. Common response is that Allstate's computers must be down. And now there is a sign in the door stating that the office is closed due to Covid.
