I switched to allstate a few months ago and that was the best thing that I have done. They are very helpful and friendly while helping out and they saved me a crap load of money so happy I switched
We have had a horrible experience. Our house has had exposed siding for months now. We have been hung up on and givin the run around for everything. The approval process has been absurd. I have had a allstate rep tell me to just switch companies if I do not like what he is giving me. I have had another claims guy tell me to damage my roof more with tarps and nail them down and send him pictures so he may be able to get the roof repaired. If it were possible I would give Christina and Coughlin Insurance Agency 1000 stars. Not only did they save us money, they gave us better coverage!!! Christina was INCREDIBLY helpful. She is extremely responsive and timely and made sure I had all the information I needed. This was the best experience my fiancé and I have ever had with an insurance company. If you are looking for impeccable service and outstanding support, this is the place to go!!!!!
Christina Coughlin clearly only does this job because her last name is Coughlin. I hate that other people who mess up with their driving means I have to pay a higher rate every six months, especially as my mileage has decreased and now have one less vehicle, she does not respond to emails, does not return phone calls, I’m very disappointed but hey Coughlin has always delivered disappointment.
