The employee I had to deal with was an atrocity to speak with and should not be employed anywhere in customer service. Stacy Williams was a horribly rude representative. She was very dismissive, rude, abrupt, shouted at me, gave me wrong information, and refused to assist me in understanding what she needed from me.
