very, very good customer service; not only with their professionalism in handling my claim with savings to their clients (me) in mind, they were very calm and helpful in handling my fender bender. still very thankful for that experience. there were 2 other instances that they helped me save/reimburse extra $. very thankful for that, too. highly recommended.

Based on the reviews, I called the company at 11 this past Sat, as their website indicated they were open 9-1. No one picked up. Got an annoying after hours Allstate support line, which after having to input the phone number again, I was prompted to leave a voice mail for the agent, which I did, indicating I was a potential new client and asking for a return call.
