When I called to ask to see if they can send some paper work that Allstate Insurance required for claims. The lady who picked up said I have to go to where they were I started my policy at. She was not very helpful at all.
When I walked into to the office, the lady asked me”why you in here?” I don’t feel comfortable, why not ask me “ what May I help you?”. Also after I told her the reason, and she said” I can’t do that service.” And don’t want to help me to find which agent can help me to conduct that service. Bad feeling. Recommend don’t go there.
