No Stars for Ickes. Don't ever go to a holiday party with Cody Ickes at Allstate. He will allow the bartender to over-serve his employees and their guests and let everyone leave his business drunk. He will delete all event photos and sweep it under the rug. He is a NEGLIGENT HOST. All the words about caring for his employees and clients is a lie.
