Never received an email reply back or a phone call after leaving voicemails. Had to call for multiple days until I got someone to answer the phone in their office. Removed my ex husband from my home owner policy and provided all the documentation in April. They removed him from the policy but failed to remove him from my profile. Called and spoke to Clint himself in July to ask why I still saw my ex husband on my policy. He said oh he wasn’t removed from this part and proceeded to remove him. The agent, Clint Woods, has ignored emails for over a month now. His client rear ended me and I knew Clint from my days at Allstate. I made the assumption he would help with the claims process but hes decided to do absolutely nothing. Cant even reply to an email. Customer Service has been horrible. 2 months and my car is still damaged and theyre fighting me on every penny.
