Let's start by stating that as of last month I was an Allstate customer for over six years. I got my policy when I bought the car at infiniti. In 6+ years NOT ONCE did anyone picked up the phone at this office. I bought two more cars and I had to go as far as calling from a different phone number so that the automated system would stop routing my calls to this office since it always went to voice mail and they never returned a call. I tired to locate office but couldn't , I called and spoke to a woman who said there wasn't anyone in the office to give me a quote for car insurance. She took my contact info , but never heard back, obviously this Allstate Insurance agent doesn't need new customers
