I contacted Mr. Mastersor for a Home, Auto and Umbrella policy. After giving him my information have quoted me for all three. After getting the number that seemed high to me I asked if there was anything he could do to lower the cost. I was told" This is what the computer told me and if you dont like it call a different company". With that extreme lack of professionalism I contacted a different agent. Gave the office a call and suddenly all my cares and worries disappeared. If you are having an issue with your agent just give these guys a call and you won't be disappointed. Seriously all these other comments are super funny and quite possibly lies. Keep up the good work fellas.

I work for an apartment community And called his office to get a declaration page of insurance for a resident and "Jim" was so unproffesional about the whole situation. He would not allow me to speak, he was screaming at me over the phone. My co-worker called him and he did the same thing to her. I would not advise anyone to use this insurance company.

Christoper Materson is awful. Don't come here. Christopher emphasized that he was, in fact, in a hurry. Aren't we all? This led young Christopher (we're pretty tight I think I'll call him Chris), who was in a hurry don't forget, to be curt and abrasive when we hesitated on a question.
