Is there anyway to make this a zero? I cancelled all my policies and found a much better rate with a competitor also better coverage. A month after cancellation Allstate billed me for a policy they had been confirmed cancelled with email! Explanation oh it was a batch error and we'll get it sorted by the next day. Well two weeks later and I'm being asked to provide financial information - are you serious?
