Chris and his team are very professional. They care about their clients and are with you every step when claims are filed. We have had many home and auto claims through the years and Chris and his team have helped us get the maximum benefits from our insurance.
Very unprofessional in his work ethic. Was not impressed at all! There are plenty of other Allstate agents out there that you could choose from, and you probably should. Sorry, but i would take a pass at this one.

got locked into a rate and years later I got wind that Allstate set up my account wrong so it led to a huge increase in my payment. How is it that it took 4-5 years to catch the error instead of a 4-5 days?! Not happy. Lots of my friends and family have since informed me this happens quite frequently with companies like Allstate and others. Like some sort of scam.
