Great customer service and answers all your questions in a timely fashion. The staff at Bello is outstanding.
I do not recommend this agency. They sent me a quote in the mail. I called to purchase the insurance. The agent, Carlos took my name, my current insurance company name along with my birthdate and then told me I do not qualify for the quote they mailed me??? How does my name cause me to be disqualified? LIARS. I do not do business with this agency
Tried to get a insurance quote , the agent was impatient and mean and keep telling me to call back if I don't have time or if I want to rush her .From sound of her voice and the way she was pronouncing ask I suspect the agent was African American.
