Just awful. My father died in April and his car was sold. We got bills for the next payment period (he always paid 6 months at a time). I called, as executor and as a courtesy, to let them know the situation. Just so the random bills would stop. I am not going to send in a bunch of paperwork to prove my dad is gone. Just keep sending bills for a gone vehicle. You can't ruin the credit of a dead man.

Not happy with the service we have received here. There has been a host of issues we are looking to make a change as soon as we are able.

Extremely negative. Ended up with coverage that cost me MORE when I was trying to save with the milewise plan and tracked a signifigant amount more than just my distant traveled despite the agent stating that would be the only thing tracked. When I tried to switch back to a monthly plan they suddenly can see 2 minor incidents which they already knew about when I signed up that would have skyrocketed my cost to more than $400 per month.
