I had been with this agency for many years. I added a new car and they doubled the cost of my insurance and hid it in 6 moths vs 12 months. That was kind of an Allstate issue. But I called multiple and left voice mails and I sent emails. I never heard back from them so I had to contact Allstate directly to cancel my policies. They never disclosed that the were essentially doubling my rates and in no way were looking out for what was best for my personal needs.
