Not a GREAT COMPANY. We signed up in August 2020 and weeks later our agent sold her, ALLSTATE CALLS it, "BOOK OF BUSINESS" to an agency 59 MILES FROM OUR HOUSE. NOBODY TOLD US. Now we are up for RENEWAL and I prefer to go into our "what was" LOCAL ALLSTATE Office, nope CLOSED UP SHOP.
