So, to get insurance with Allstate, what I was told that one of their bylaws, is that you have to have continuous coverage for 4 months prior. I just bought the car 3 days ago. And they told me that I have to have continuous coverage. On an auto policy. I just transitioned from a motorcycle, to a car, and I'm being told that because I didn't have continuous policy on a vehicle that wasn't a motorcycle, I cannot get coverage from Allstate. Haley Hart is my new insurance agent. This is kinda a big deal because I was with my previous insurance agent for 25 years. Haley is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. During my switch she put a reminder on her calendar so she could remind me to call my previous ins. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. I’ve called a couple of times since the big switch and she’s always available and happy to help.
