So, to get insurance with Allstate, what I was told that one of their bylaws, is that you have to have continuous coverage for 4 months prior. I just bought the car 3 days ago. And they told me that I have to have continuous coverage. On an auto policy. I just transitioned from a motorcycle, to a car, and I'm being told that because I didn't have continuous policy on a vehicle that wasn't a motorcycle, I cannot get coverage from Allstate.
