To be honest this all started with a negative experience which turned into a great one. We had all of our policies with this location and most were coming up for renewal. We started to receive renewal notices, some with large increases, with no communication from our contact person. The agent that assisted me in my search for coverage was Mona Lisa, she was very knowledgeable and helpful in my search. She provided multiple options and suggestions for the policy I decided to purchase. The Agency and Mona Lisa were great to work with and went above and beyond to get me a perfect policy. I know Allstate Insurance is one of the largest providers but they were not priced out of range for me.
