Office staff is helpful. However, when I opened my auto policy, I signed for a $50 comp deductible. A few months down the road I hit a deer & needed my vehicle fixed. Come to find out, someone took it upon themselves to change my plan WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT and all of a sudden I had a $250 deductible. The company fixed the problem, I only had to pay the $50 & I was told the individual who did that had been let go. I have worked with Chase for over a year. He has gone above and beyond to help me when I needed. There was one time where he was not available during the day (no anyone in the office) and I could have really used them at that moment. All in all, he is prompt, respectful, honest, and I believ he has his customers best interest at heart.
I originally signed up for a quote from an agency in Muskegon, MI. That led into 3 years and 5 "managers" later after promising to remove me from their spam lists I am still getting calls, texts and mail from them and other Allstate agencies on a regular basis. "Hey! Would you like to lower your insurance?" NO! I most certainly an not going to be happy about a 8am phone call on a Sunday to sign up for life insurance!!! I NEVER inquired about life insurance. I have had Allstate for less than 3 months. In that time I have received 14 emails and multiple phone calls. They have repeatedly asked me to take surveys about the service - and when I don't they resend the request a few days later. I have been asked to get retirement services through them and vehicle insurance through them multiple times although it was established less then 3 months ago they weren't even close in price to my current provider.
