I cannot how awfully, gross negligent this Office with Allstate has became. I’ve had some huge damage to my home from Tornadoes and high winds and ever since I made a claim for the 2nd time on the same issue, this office has been. WILL NOT CALL ME BACK, WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PERSON ASSIGNED TO MY CLAIM THAT EILL NOT CALL ME BACK EITHER. I want to give HUGE KUDOS to Kathy at the Charlie Broxterman’s office. She goes above and beyond to help me EVERY TIME I have called. She has a great telephone voice and etiquette that immediately makes me fill that I am the only person she is concerned about, which is an amazing quality.
