This place never answers a phone call, cancelled polices and went to State Farm. Not exactly the way to do business.

I cannot how awfully, gross negligent this Office with Allstate has became. I’ve had some huge damage to my home from Tornadoes and high winds and ever since I made a claim for the 2nd time on the same issue, this office has been. WILL NOT CALL ME BACK, WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PERSON ASSIGNED TO MY CLAIM THAT EILL NOT CALL ME BACK EITHER.
