Since I've been with these thief's my Car insurance was a 153.00 a month not bad. I was extremely happy.... Slowly every chance they got they raised it a little here.... A chunk more here. So after getting a new 2024 equinox ....My Car insurance is a whopping 214.00 dollars a month .... I had a deer run into the side of my car a while back. I was told it wouldn't go up for that. During the December 25, 2022, Blizzard in Buffalo, NY. I was devastated by the damage to my home. Once I called Allstate my fears were relieved. I felt completely covered by Allstate and they didn't disappoint. I will be forever grateful! Thank you, Allstate, you're the BEST!

Worst experience and customer service ever! Both from the agency and from Allstate Customer Service. I called the agent back with 30 minutes of getting an ID card for a new vehicle. I just asked them to change the effective date by one day as the customer decided to pick up their new car early. The agent would not do anything for me, said that I had to call corporate. Called at least 10 times with no answer and 3 times left a message and no one ever called back. Day two and still getting a runaround. Terrible Customer Servic... read more
