The best Allstate agency in Asheville. I have my auto home and life insurance here. The service, staff and insurance is the beat in Asheville.
Worst agent I have dealt with. Had my car on a Allstate recommended repair shop. The 16 days I was quoted for repair turned into 41 days. They don’t backup their customers or even respond when contacted. When I took my car in for an oil change the shop told me the ball joint was destroyed and shoutbe replaced immediately. This was on the side the car took an impact that it was in the shop for. The agent doesn’t care and doesn’t deserve anyone’s business. Recommend you find another agent
