Had a horrible experience with this agent. He lies and scams his staff and encourages them to lie to the customers. He isn’t present and isn’t accountable or responsible for this agency. He has been trying to close this office for years and misleads he clients and employees.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I saved over $1,200 on a single car policy changing from this office. This has to be the worst insurance experience I have ever dealt with. I would not wish this office on my worst enemy. Do not! I repeat DO NOT let them scan you out of thousands like they did us. Very unprofessional as well.
This office has not stopped calling my phone, once a day for the last 2 months. I asked for a insurance quote last January and out of the blue in July they started calling, I told them I was no longer interested, and the calls continued. Give it up Charles
Great customer service. Fast and easy claims service, even though one hopes you'd never need it. Love the Drivewise! Been an Allstate customer since I started driving, that was 30 years ago. That speaks for itself I would say! Thank you!
