Charles and his staff are fine, courteous and professional. My problem is with Allstate. My vehicle was involved in a crash, (no fault of mine, I wasn't even in it). I was continually jerked around for over four weeks before the work began. Once work was started, I was told the rental was expiring, a 30 day Max. Keep in mind it was their, (Allstate's) inaction that caused this delay. At the end, they have refused to offer a loss of value settlement because of the accident. I will be looking for other coverage.
