Absolutely Ridiculous! You can't count on these people at all. especially if you get in a car accident good luck if they ever answer their phone. Chuck's voicemail is always full and you can never leave a voice mail. The office never answers their phone it's like no one works there. We're sick of it. Going with a different agency.

I could barely count on one hand in all the years that I have used this agency where they actually answer the phone it is absolutely maddening. Its almost like no one works at the office. Charles cell phone has a full voicemail at all times. Today is the last straw I am calling all state corporate filing a complaint and trying to get another agent to handle our business.

I'm not a client of this agency, though my mother and grandmother were. They live together but had two auto policies, I don't know about underwriting for Allstate. Though most companies can combine an auto policy for two people at the same address and give a multi-car discount. This agent sold two policies instead, my assumption to gain a higher commission from both policies. I do sales for an insurance company and I know more than most, Agents get busy. Wouldn't buy insurance from them. Sends an employee to other insurance agencies trying to steal their employees. The girl came in asking if we sold renters insurance which I replied yes. She than ask if I'm the owner (told her no) that's when she presented herself as an insurance representative and ask how much I get paid, whether I got benefits or not, etc....
