Moved to new insurance due to lack of communication with all staff from this exact agency. Callbacks, emails, and phone tags is the name of this place. Do not expect urgency if you need something done quickly. I moved to a different insurance company and saved $900.00 on three policy’s, all they are about is making profit profit profit. Go else where and avoid Charina Diamaano as much as you can. They will find every way to attack you as much as possible, when you’re not right.
Been work this office for about 10 years, 2 auto, 3 motorcycle, home and umbrella policies. They have always done a great job for us. Highly recommended!
