Char has been amazing. I recently had a large loss, Allstate claims left something to be desired, but Char stepped in and made sure things were taken care of. All insurance companies will be a pain with claims on a large loss, the difference here was Char. She would take my calls when I needed help and got results immediately. In the end, very satisfied with the overall process and the loss was totally covered.
