I would give this agent office a zero star rating if I could. I set up an auto and renters policy for 2 of my vehicles. My 2023 Dodge Durango SRT was a financed vehicle and McKenzie Stunkel chose to not add my Lien holders information onto the policy back in December 2025 and she also NEVER updated my autopay information since February 2026 through May 2026 and she kept withdrawing my autopay payments from the incorrect bank causing me NSF fees and late fees every month. Allstate will bombard you with spam and robo calls for years after you cancel a policy with them. I have tried for years to get them to stop calling me! If you enjoy harassment go ahead....otherwise State Farm is a far more ethical company
