After covering the insurance needs for our Florida apartment since we purchased same and without any claims, this agency failed to place coverage going forward due to what seems to be a change in their agencies business plan. In short, they dropped me without an acceptable explanation.
Professional, knowledgeable and actually caring. Great follow through. I had a complex collection of questions regarding RV & auto & motorcycle insurance and the team patiently stayed with me until all my questions and concerns were resolved. Highly recommend.
