Allstate was quick to respond and has been handling communications well throughout the process
Would give it less than one star if it allowed me just because it's allstate. Thank God they are not my insurance but the way they do business is shady and treat you awful even when being kind. The agents who sell you insurance may be kind and courteous but the claims department is atrocious.
