Sent an advertising mailer said “PERSONAL AND CONFIDENTIAL” “BUSINESS MAIL - PENALTY FOR TAMPERING.” The mailer was in the same tear-off format as a 1099, W-2 or other official tax document to ensure it was opened. All the way down to the camouflage backing like a business check. Very deceptive.
Horrible customer service that fails to listen to you while trying to nanny you(That's you Connor!), the one thing I can't have any customer service fault at. Right now i rather call the corporate line then deal with them. I sent you a direct email addressing the issue directly at the time and you failed to respond already, making your reply land flat. Excited for the future of AI in your industry.
Sooooooo where to start…. We all don’t really like insurance but it’s needed. So that said this location is one of the best! They are humans have an off day but it’s a dream team. Family meets professionalism it’s not about a sale but a client.
