So disappointed. After 35 years with Allstate my homeowners policy increased by 40% and no one notified me. I then cancelled my home and auto specifically stating I wanted to keep my umbrella policy only to have that cancelled without notification. Had someone contacted me to let me know of these changes there would have been a very different outcome. Bad business.
