I am extremely pleased with the service that I have received from Carmen and Joe over the years. I wouldn't think of ever changing insurance agents or companies. It is such a comforting feeling to know that they always have your best interest in mind.

I made payment IN FULL for all 6 months of auto insurance. After I made that payment, I figured, since all was paid and the balance was $0, I wouldn't need to be enrolled in autopay anymore, so I checked that off, right AFTER the full 6 months payment was posted. Imagine my surprise when I saw the new charge of $75: after I paid for everything at once, they thought I should lose my auto pay discount even when the balance was $0 and no additional payments were required.
