Carmelita Doyle is horrible and has no managerial skills or education. She has no respect for herself and is very rude despite it all. I called inquiring about the excessive rise I had in my home and auto insurance. I missed her call and have called since then and unable to reach her. I called and left 2 vm's about canceling my home and auto and she actually just replied via email "confirming" my cancelation date "respectfully" she said.
