I'm a loyal Allstate customer, which is primarily due to Rachel Costa. She's my go-to person whenever I need help or have a question. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Basically just "old-fashioned" customer service. She is simply fantastic. Thank you, Rachel!!!
Rachel has been the best insurance agent I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I know insurance often isn't pleasant, but she really does make every interaction a great one! And lord knows I need plenty of interactions! So lucky to have such a great contact!
