I don't know which experience you are talking about, but we are always very pleased with our service from Carl and his crew! We know if something needs taken care of, we can call them and it will be taken care of. We both work daylight, and there have been times that Carl's office has called to make arrangements for us because we could not get through during regular business hours for a car rental company or repair service. Carl's team goes above and beyond! Thank you for all of your help through the years!
