This is now 2026 and I am still HAPPY with Allstate and my Agency with Candice Hook! I believe our rate for auto is fair and they give many discounts. I've not been in an accident (knock on wood) so have not had to use the insurance, so I don't know that part of the insurance to really say yay or nay. One the best experiences I've had working with an insurance agent. Candice was very respectful of my time and more importantly my finances. She was able to save me a lot from my previous insurance company who I considered as close to being family.
