If I could give zero stars I would. I have been trying to get reimbursed for towing from 2/17/2020, it’s 4/24. I have called numerous times to the office which I was told it was submitted. After a month of getting the run around I called the claims department to find out they never submitted it!!! During my calls to the corporate office I have been hung up on twice, and spent at least 4 hours on the phone. I wouldn’t of needed to call a tow truck if the roadside would have listened to me and not argued as to where I was at o... read more
