This Allstate agency is a joke! First of all the agent Chris advised me not to add my fiancé to my policy because it would make my rate to high so I didn’t and then a month later I get a cancellation letter and a $500 bill where he was retro added to my policy without my consent or knowledge. Now I’m receiving letters and phone calls from a collection agency who I have disputed the balance with along with proof that I did not agree to add a driver to my policy but they are saying that Allstate still says I owe the money even... read more

I have been with them for over 20 years and have always been treated with respect and gratitude. When I had a problem they were prompt in resolving it. They even tell me of changes that are helpful to me. They know me and address me by my name.

Decided to raise our home owners insurance 3 days before closing and blamed it on the lender who simply asked for both me and my spouse to be listed on the policy. Then he lies telling me my credit is worse! Such a joke!!! Use a company that has people that actually know what they are doing! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!
