All State made my claims process went smoother and quicker than I expected.
In the past forgot to remove insurance on a vehicle sold and move insurance to a new vehicle purchased. Most recently quoted insurance premiums inaccurately on another new vehicle for wife by more than a few hundred dollars blaming their own employee for being inexperienced. This in inexcusable. Do your self a favor and check rates with a more competent group of individuals or go with another company all together.
I've been with Allstate for several years through this agency. They've always been courteous. The claims process has always been handled with expediency and professionalism.
