We have 2 pipes burst in our kitchen. We had no idea what to do Allstate agents we incredibly helpful. They took so much time making sure we had what we needed and felt taken care of. Payments were fast and easy. Highly recommend Allstate home insurance.

I don't normally leave negative reviews, but this one is years in the making. I got my Allstate policies (home, auto and umbrella) with the Brook Daley agency in town in 2018 or earlier when another carrier pulled out of CA. At first, they were super responsive and helpful, but since 2020, it has gone downhill. I purchased a new home in 2020 in El Cajon.
