Every agent I have spoken with at Allstate has been very helpful. We moved to Colorado last year and when buying our home in Evergreen, we heard getting our home insured would be difficult but Allstate made the process very easy.
Always great and personal service.
Horrible experience all around. They cancelled my policies on my behalf with their competitors with the promise of covering a rental home i had and also saving me money on 2 other homes and 2 auto policies. After they cancelled the policies with the other providers, they told me they cannot cover one of the rental homes. Now they are ignoring calls, limited and delayed responses via emails, and I had to submit this agent to the Colorado Division of Insurance Regulators. Extremely disappointed with this agency. When I started my grandparents home policy I was very vigilant about all of the coverages as I’m an insurance agent. The ONLY thing that didn’t show on the quote was the year of the roof. I told TIFFANY that the roof was replaced in 2013. She sent me all the quotes. I looked over everything. Had the policies issued. No problem. Then I update their jewelry policy and was reviewing the dec page and saw it said the roof was 1 year old instead of 10 years old.
