Being grossly overcharged for my current insurance premium, after an incident about two years ago, where a woman, seemingly high on something, charged my car while I was backing up out of a parking space, wanting to know where my apartment complex office was, and startled, still moving, backed into a rock, and Allstate wants to charge me, at fault, making no concession for the individual or situation, and am having to pay, after getting repairs done, this increased amount indefinitely, and am very discouraged and likely not ... read more

I’ve had a policy with him for many years. No claims no communications, and no issues till I needed to change a card on the policy. I called the office to speak to Brian and it turns out he doesn’t spend much time there anymore because he runs multiple businesses as he told me. Amanda was assisting me, but is very inexperienced and was not being honest with me . When I asked to speak to Brian their response is he’s not in the office at this moment.
