I called the office 3 weeks ago and left a message. Still waiting on a return call. I sent emails and no response. I called the office today during business hours no answer left a message and sent an email. The lack of customer service is why I am leaving this agent. Allstate your not is good hands with Brian Kaleel's office.

horrible customer service! Takes forever to reply to emails. Once you have paid your 6 mth or yearly premium he treats you pretty much like you dont matter. If you have questions about things on your policy or ask why, he replies to you in a condescending manner not answering your questions and concerns. Instead of trying to insure you that you are getting the best possible coverage with Allstate along with his services, he treats you like you should feel honored by having him as your agent. I have been an Allstate client for 21 years and overall had been happy until my most recent interaction. I have been with this group since 2012 and I will say they are overall responsive however, my most recent experience demonstrated a complete lack of competence. We are currently Refinancing one of our properties. I reached out to get my declaration page only to be told we have not had coverage since 2019.
