Poor customer service
Great experience. Saved me money!!! What more can I say!!
Sales stuff is horrible. Sometimes their IT system is down. They don't respond. Their quotes vary wildly from week to week. They raised my home insurance on me after a year by $400. Asked for pricing on my home + vehicle together, they sent car only. Replied and got a response of another single quote of a vehicle only. I did have one claim with them, it was an easy experience but this specific sales stuff is absolutely horrible. They really just don't care.
