Have tried calling multiple times, leaving voicemails, and scheduling appointments online but have received no response after ~2 weeks of attempted contact. If a negative Google review is the fastest way to get a response, I'll give that a try. Looks like previous customers have had similar experiences.
They don't return calls when I leave a message. Rather than help me get answers, they would rather refer me to the corporate phone line. Not sure why I have a local agent when there is very little local support.
